Learn4Sales is Telefónica´s commercial training and certification program.

The main goal of Learn4sales is to provide the Sales Network with knowledge in order to increase sales and the funnel of opportunities.

A deeper and more thorough understanding of the digital products commercialized by Telefónica, as well as the market and new digital challenges, will enable us to offer better solutions to our customers and be more competitive.

Learn4Sales is based on three fundamental issues:
1.- Technology:
• Technological base that substantiates the digital change of companies and how to accompany customers through said change.
• Cloud, Security, Internet of Things, etc., solutions value chain.
• Key technological trends that have an impact on the market.

2.- Market:
• Size of the market opportunity and foreseen evolution.
• Main global and local players (focus on regional/global).
• The global/regional competitions offer.
• Telefónica’s market position.

3.- Sales:
• Customer needs identification process.
• Benefits associated to needs of Telefónica products and solutions.
• Sales pitch and references of successful cases in every region.
• Practical cases focused on the salesperson putting into practice what he/she has learned by simulating business situations.

The program consists of courses organized into seven competencies:
• Comms Services.
• Cloud.
• Security.
• Internet of Everything.
• Financial Services.
• Public Administrations.
• Business Models.

Each of these competencies has three levels of difficulty: first, advanced, and proficiency.

The contents of the courses are online and an on-site exam needs to be passed in order to receive certification.
